Agricultural Day 1/6/2008

Visit to Barakat Modern Farms was established in 1986 at Al-Baeg Village , North of Jordan in Al-Mafraq Province, Barakat Modern Farms plant the premium seeds of olives to provide the world with the finest quality of extra virgin olive Oil ( EVO) that is extracted from the trees of Local Nabali, Improved Nabali, and other varieties.

(TravCo) is a supplier of natural stone including limestone, marble and main travertine product which is exploited and processed from the massive outcrops in the Jordan Valley in Jordan. The company has an invested capital of US$6.5 million. As a Jordanian public shareholding company that intends to always maintain its first-class, consistent, and reliable status, TravCo delivers travertine from the companys own quarry source with consistent high quality.

TravCo’s processing plant, located near its travertine quarry, continues to embrace the highest technical standards, building on the latest state-of-the-art technology from well-known Italian machinery manufacturers.

TravCo was born on June 1999 to exploit Jordan’s rich travertine marble deposit located at Ghore Damia (Wadi Fanoush) in the Holy Jordan River Basin.

Since its establishment, TravCo has mastered the skill and art of extraction of this natural resource and its transformation into an outstanding finished product. The dynamism and spirit of collaboration and cooperation of all involved at TravCo are fundamental elements of its success, reflecting the strength of the company’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and enabling it to stand for its promises of customer satisfaction. Visit to Monojo which is a Jordanian private sector biotech-profitable oriented-company, formally established in 2005. MONOJO is a partnership between the Jordan Higher Council for Science and Technology, The National Biotechnology Centre, the Jordan Royal Scientific Society, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Philadelphia Private University, private investors and academic scientists.

MONOJO is a leading innovator in developing, producing and marketing of cell lines and antibodies which are diagnostic drugs of different forms of cancer, and providing biotech training programs.

In the year 2003, Rukon Al Sultan was established as a subsidiary of Akram Ramadan Company. Rukon Al-Sultan Gallery contains a collections of Ceramic tiles, Porclain tiles, Sanitary ware, Jaccuzi’s & Bathroom accessories which have been imported from Italy such as Refien, Fab.


Garment Day 4/6/2008

Visit to Mediterranean Resources Apparel Industry which established in 2001 started with 200 machines and 400 workers. At present 600 machines and 1316 workers.

The operational capacity of 350.000 pieces of knits and 150.000 pieces of woven tops and bottoms.

This facilities is approved production by Dynamic Design –Wal Mart- JC Penny—Sears-Wrap,.etc… Fully owned by Bin Jaber Group.
